The acclaimed Paraguayan ensemble Los Muchachos Paraguayos comes to Israel for an exhilarating Latin celebration filled with rhythm, emotion and nostalgia. Continuing the legacy of the legendary group Los Paraguayos, the ensemble brings to the stage the distinctive sound that has become one of the most recognizable expressions of South American music.
The ensemble is led by Luis Alberto Amarilla, who continues the musical legacy of the legendary Luis Alberto del Paraná. Alongside him are five musicians and singers who combine three-part vocal harmonies, guitars, percussion and richly layered arrangements. They are joined by internationally acclaimed harpist David Carlsberg, whose playing adds a distinctive and deeply moving colour to the performance.
The programme features beloved classics including “Malagueña,” “Bésame Mucho,” “La Bamba” and “Granada,” alongside fresh new interpretations that appeal both to younger audiences and to lovers of musical nostalgia.
