An Insight into "El Fuego Latino" Concert

the virtuosity of percussion ensemble "Tremolo" - Israel's leading group of Percussion players - meets the enchanting soprano of Daniela Skorka and the powerful tenor of Ron Zilberstajn.

In this special concert, "El Fuego español" ("The Spanish Fire"), we will discover together the beauty of Spanish Romantic music alongside touches of Brazilian and Israeli music.

The concert will open with "Seven Spanish Songs" by Manuel de Falla, in a special arrangement for percussion ensemble and soprano, taking us on a journey into the soul of Spain. Then, Ron Zilberstajn will sing “The little boy at Bachin” by Piazzolla, which combines Brazilian rhythms.

Next, we will hear "Carmen - Habanera," one of the most famous pieces from Bizet's opera "Carmen," performed with energy and sweep. "The Morning Song of the Jester" by Ravel will bring us the sunrise in Spain.
The second half of the evening will be dedicated to Israeli and Brazilian music.

We will hear "Green Island in the Sea" by Yael Levi, "Everything Is Golden" by Sasha Argov, "West from Here" by Matti Caspi and many more Israeli and Brazilian Songs, which will take us to a distant lands and diverse horizons.

Concert Duration: Approximately 75 minutes, without intermission.
